Reorganization of SIA Anaerobic Holding
Please be informed that on April 29, 2019 Anaerobic Holding Ltd. was converted. As a result of the reorganization, the BGGS serviss and Aizkalnu tehnika transferred all its assets, liabilities and rights to Anaerobic Holding Ltd and ceased to exist without liquidation.
